What is the best way to reach you and get a reply to my questions?

Do I get order confirmation, payment confirmation, tracking number and so on?
Our order system sends the following emails automatically to the email address you used to sign up at our website:
1. Order Confirmation which contains information of shipping address, items, prices and order date.
2. Order Update which contains your tracking number for each item you ordered.
3. Notification about item that happens to be out of stock when your order is processed.
Is the order confirmation and tracking information available on the website?
Absolutely, we highly suggest that you log in to your account after placing an order. Order and payment status, tracking numbers and coupons are all available online in your account in real time. It's the most effective way of finding out what is going on with your order.
Ordering

There are 4 easy steps to place your order:
1. Browse the online catalog or search for a particular item number, add to cart and click "Checkout".
2. Create or log in to your account, for which we need your name, shipping address, email address and phone number only. Again, make sure your contact information is valid.
3. Review the order summary and enter your discount code if you have one.
4. Confirm the order, then select your payment option from a list, and be forwarded to the appropriate third party secure websites for payment processing.

What payment method do we accept?

How long does it take to process my order?
We begin processing your order immediately after we receive your payment. It takes 7 to 15 days to arrive at your door. At this time, however, ladies shoes are subject to longer lead time up to 2 weeks to process.
Is there any shipping cost?
Shipping and handling fee applies on per item basis for retail. For wholesale orders the quotation includes all costs. Either way there's no tax.
